About Irina

Irina has 12 years experience in coaching, consulting and trainings. She specializes in Organizational Development, Leadership and Management Development, Change Management, Corporate Culture transformation.

Irina has extensive professional experience. She worked as a financial director of insurance company, as the commercial director of the foreign trade company. As a top manager Irina gained a great deal of experience in the management of senior staff and the control of budgets and resources.

Irina joined KMK as a consultant and business trainer in 1997. After a short period of time she became a partner and director of KMK.

Irina has extensive consulting experience for different target groups in wide-ranging business sectors.

She led complex training projects for multinational companies and complex consulting projects, including management system auditing, client-oriented management system development, motivational system development, managerial potential assessment.

Since 2008 Irina represents ITO (Austria) in Ukraine. She implemented a range of international projects for coaching, leadership check and potential analysis for executives and top management of international companies.
