Iryna is living in Kiev, Ukraine.

Iryna Gubar has graduated from Kyiv Polytechnical Institute (applied mathematics) and also completed the Post Graduate Course at this Insitute. In 1996 году she undertook training on strategic planning and change implementation, which was arranged  for the CIS senior managers in Belgium by the EU Tacis Programme. In 2002 Iryna graduated from Kyiv Institute of the International Relations with the master’s degree.
Iryna has vast experience in the area of management. She has worked as a Financial Director for the insurance company, Deputy Director for the large export trading company, where her responsibilities also included organizing and  managing sales.   
Iryna’s interest in the area of training resulted into her joining “KievManagementKonsult” in 1996. She has been working as a Director of the KMK Training group since 1998.
Iryna delivers training programmes on various aspects of management, leadership, sales management, as well as communication, presentation and time management skills.
