The Program “Inspirational Leadership” for the Kyivstar management is finished. In April 2009 the Program “Inspirational Leadership” for the CJSC “Kyivstar GSM” management was finished. This Program was developed and delivered by TMI Ukraine(business unit KMK Business Training, Ltd.) Before the Program realization the vast effort was made by the Kyivstar top-management team to analyze existing and desired (targeted) corporate culture, for reconsideration and renewal of the company vision, mission and values. One of the results of such work was revision of managerial competencies.
