PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROGRAM

Heart Work is about achieving better results for individuals, teams and organisations by developing and applying Emotional Intelligence - "EI". It is about improving organisational performance.

The concept is based on TMI's many years of experience of working with culture change in all kinds of organisations in more than forty countries.
