PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROGRAM

A ΤΜΙ programme which describes what one needs to do in order to become a successful leader in an international environment.

The programme provides each participant with inspiration as well as ideas, tools and practical methods to mobilise everyone's energy for the success of the company.

The target is to establish a basic understanding to the participants of how to guide and manage employees effectively and efficiently. Also the issue is to improve the leadership skills systematically which are necessary to cope with the challenge that is connected to a global operating enterprise.

• Recognise, evaluate and develop your own leadership profile
• Use instruments and techniques for directing your own performance
• Be able to use “tools” for directing individual people and teams
