People feel stressed - but may be they are only busy! And for different reasons.
Cost cutting means cut of headcount – but seldom workload! Other people have to take over, or it has to be done in a different way.
We are aiming too high – everything has to be perfect in our life - home, social life, work life. In the former generation there was only 2 lives :Working life and private life. But the new generation claims 5 lives-working life, family life, leisure life, sporting life and social life. All within the same 24 hours.
Technology, traffic and various other factors have a certain impact.
We need to be more effective - or change our lifestyle. What do you prefer?

- Introduction (Perception of time, the result of the surveys)
- Setting priorities (important versus urgent, definition of important, vision and goal, from vision to results)
- Building a decision base (the funnel, defining key areas and tasks, what to do and when to do)
- Time planning (don’t forget task, elephant technique and procrastination)
- Plan a day (black time, red time, green time, and blue time)
- Personal organization (overview and structure, the brain, organising your desk, guidelines for day to day paperwork)
- Managing meetings (4 types of meetings, decision meetings & problem solving meetings, guidelines before, during and after the meetings)
- Communicating by e-mail (the problem, electronic communication, guidelines for handling e-mails)
- Your implementation plan
