PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROGRAM

A successful organisation may be described as a "team of teams". The success of any organisation depends on the success of each team and the teams' ability to co-operate and support each other.
This programme is customised to meet your organisation's needs. You will learn how to develop and maintain Teamship and create winning teams, real teams - rather than just working groups.
Τeamship culture exists in a company when every person in every team:
- is capable (has the necessary competencies and knowledge)
- is willing to cooperate and give his best as a person and as a team member
- is free to take responsibilities and initiative.

- The "can/will" model - the third dimension: authorisation.
- Test - Teamship Meter.
- Exercises - Case Studies.
(A football team is used as an analogy for the effective team. The participants degree of Teamship is tested and the test results are used as input for exercises).
WHAT CAN BE ACHIEVED
As a result of attending this programme:

- The individual team members will become committed 'can/will' team players.
