"We as TACK Hungary have been providing professional training and education solutions to customers on three continents since the last 20 years. Recently, we have received a request from Deloitte Central Europe to organize a fully customized training solution on Time and Project Management in Serbia, Croatia.
The project was challenging, because it was the first of its kind for Deloitte, both in terms of content and also the fact that it was the first event they have offered on a regional level. Therefore, we needed to take special care of the preparation process, and then provide a high-quality training event.
TMI chain, especially TMI  Ukraine has assisted us in the customer care process from the very start. Together, we have designed and deployed a fully tailored online assessment to understand the needs, requirements and challenges of the future participants. Based on the results, TMI has conducted interviews with a cross section of the target group to deepen the understanding. This effort was very appreciated, since the participants came from three countries, with different backgrounds.
Since the target group was large and two parallel classes were needed, TMI made sure that the content delivery was synchronized in both classes, including mixing them several times so that they receive a seamless knowledge transfer. An added challenge was that the delivery had to be in English.
The training content itself was well received, due to the customization, and also to the varied learning activities and the energizing style of the facilitators. Because of the strategic nature of the project, Deloitte had us design a very detailed feedback approach. TMI has received ratings above 90%.
Due to the high level of professionalism demonstrated in this roll-out, and also the flexibility and customer orientation during the preparation and follow up phases, it is clear in our minds that we want to work with TMI on our next event for Deloitte, in 2009."

We started our partnership with TMI in Ukraine in 2007.  Avon is well-known as the company very much oriented on people development. So, we are very tough in selecting providers of training. During a tender process we understood that TMI is the best - because from the very first meeting we were impressed by professionalism, charisma and customer oriented approach of people represented it – Irina Gubar and Lyudmila Lisyuchenko. Then, after the first training (Management Skills for Leaders) we had in August 2007 we understood that our choice was correct.
The feedback of participants is excellent. They are very much impressed by Lyudmila, the trainer. They say about her professional way of presenting important and difficult things in a nice and interesting manner, with good sense of humor, with a lot of activities and games which help to understand material and apply it in the real life. On top of the training itself, every day there was an evening activity which Lyudmila facilitated. All of them were really great and connected to the topic of the day.

So far we have finished the first MSL training which consists of 2 parts one-week each and we are ready to start the second group in October this year. And definitely we will do it with TMI.

The common project of Donbass-Arena and TMI

UKRAINE, that was initiated in 2009 to maintain client-oriented Service Culture continues till now. We put the task to train the internal trainers for outsourcing personnel and settled it with the help of our partners from TMI Ukraine. Iryna Chernyshova and Dmitry Kryvenko realized the training program in June 2010, as a result of it the Delegates (middle managers)  worked out their own programs for outsourcing personnel. I would like to stress out that TMI trainers delivered the necessary “baggage” of training knowledge and skills  for beginners and really inspired all Delegates to positive and fruitful work with personnel aiming service perfection in Donbass-Arena for 50 000 visitors.

Today we are proud of achieved results. Independent evaluation by UEFA officers confirms our leading and still unique stadium that is ready to welcome and organize on a qualitative level Euro matches 2012.

Donbass-Arena doesn`t stop on achievements. We are very close to TMI international network philosophy “Transformation managed with inspiration” and will be happy to realize new common projects!

In 2008 a process of the corporate culture formation has begun which is required to Kyivstar to strengthen a leadership at the new stage of its development. For this purpose Kyivstar’s top management team has done an enormous work to analyze the current and desired corporate culture; revision of the updated Company’s vision, mission and values; and approval of the new system after upgrade of the managerial skills of competencies in 2008.  In this regard, there was a necessity to convey all managers an understanding of what is the best manager position in Kyivstar in a future, the role and responsibility of the leaders at the new stage of development of the Company in a mature market, the key aspects of a management that require a special attention of the Company’s leaders at the new stage of its development.

 

To achieve this complex task, it was decided to develop and implement a cascade program for all levels of a Company management and to start an idea implementation from top to bottom: first, top managers should inspire the mid-managers and only with their support communicate with the other employees. The main difficulty was that it shouldn’t have been just the simple management trainings but the transformational management trainings based on the Company’s values. The most important thing was an involvement of the mid-level management which should support and implement an idea of Company performance based on its values. Such trainings were unique not only for Kyivstar but also in Ukraine.

 

For the concept development and implementation of this program it was decided to invite the “TMI Ukraine” company and its couch Ludmila Lisyuchenko. We are working with “TMI Ukraine” company during last 3 years. Why Ludmila was invited? Company’s motto “Changes through inspiration” is not only words for her but a way of life. All programs conducted by Ludmila Lisyuchenko are highly appreciated by the participants and have been recognized as the justified and effective investments in a staff development of Kyivstar Company.

As a result  her program “Inspirational Leadership” consisting of 14 two-working-days trainings for the Company’s managers of all levels has received an excellent feedback from the participants, the Top-managers approval…and a decision to continue this program.

We would like to thank “TMI Ukraine” company and Ludmila Lisyuchenko personally for their excellent work at high professional level.

Out of three years of company’s existence, two years we work with TMI Ukraine team within the framework of employees’ competencies program.
